Site Area

Comprises two plateaux:- Plateau 1 (AutoTechnium development) - 7.5 hectares (18 acres). The main AutoTechnium building will be 2,200 sq m and will contain 15 business 'incubator' units. Larger developments can also take place on the site, these having the capability of utilising the facilities within the AutoTechnium Research & Development centre. Plateau 2 - 5.5 hectares (14 acres)
