Cross Hands Business Park is situated on both sides of the A48 dual carriageway (an extension to the M4 motorway) and is becoming a major centre for Industrial development.

Site Area

Situated on the eastern side of the dual carriageway is the existing Cross Hands Business Park covering some 34.40 hectares (85 acres) and accommodates a range of service and retail sectors together with more standard business uses. The Cross Hands Business Park (West) offers up to 20.24 hectares (50 acres) of land, allowing for larger scale development. This is divided into 3 plateaux of 11.33 hectares (28 acres), 5.06 hectares (12.5 acres) and 3.24 hectares (8 acres gross).
